Fragen meiner Kunden:

„Darf ich ein Bild bei mir zur Hause Probe hängen?“ 

Ja, du kannst das Bild gerne Probe hängen. Wenn du nicht in der Nähe wohnst, kann ich dir das Wunschbild auch gerne digital an deine Wunschwand zaubern, dazu brauche ich nur ein Foto. Mehr dazu erfährst du unten. 

"Wie sieht die Kunst in meinen Räumen aus?"

• Du hast dich in eines oder mehrere Bilder von mir verliebt? Teile mir bitte mit, welche das sind!
• Dann schickst du mir ein Foto von dem Zimmer und der Wand, an der das Bild hängen soll.
• Ich bastle ein bisschen am Computer 
• … und schon siehst du, wie dein Traumbild in deinen vier Wänden aussehen wird.
• Das ist alles unverbindlich und ich unterstütze dich gerne dabei! 
• Danach können wir ein Zoom Meeting vereinbaren und zeige dir deine Räume mit meinen Kunstwerken. 

Da haben beide Seiten etwas davon: 

• Du siehst, wie meine Bilder in deinen Räumen wirken
• und ich sehe, mit welchen Farben und Möbeln du dich gerne umgibst. 

„Habe ich das Recht von Rückgabe/Widerrufsrecht?“

Ja, du hast das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angaben von Gründen den Kauf zu widerrufen. Bei Kunstdrucken biete ich auch Austausch an, wenn du den Versand übernimmst. Wenn es irgendwelche Probleme beim Versand gibt und die Bilder beschädigt ankommen, melden Sie sich bei mir und wir finden gemeinsam eine Lösung. 

„Wie werden die Kunstwerke versendet?“

Die originalen Gemälde und auch Kunstdrucke werden auf hölzerner Leinwand versendet und gehen mit Rechnung und Echtheits-Zertifikat, sicher verpackt und versichert in den Versand. Alle Bilder sind mit einer Aufhängung versehen und können direkt an Ihren Wunschort aufgehängt werden. 

Bei internationalen Versand: Wenn das Bild Deutschland verlässt, bin ich nicht mehr haftbar dafür, noch bin ich belangbar für Zollgebühren oder andere Gebühren; die eventuell erhoben werden. 

„Wie kann ich bezahlen?“

Ich akzeptiere Paypal Zahlungen und Überweisungen. Zahlungen mit Kreditkarte sind leider momentan nur über meinen Shop auf steinfigurenshop.de möglich.

„Ist eine Ratenzahlung möglich?“

Gerne kannst du auch in Raten bezahlen. Kontaktiere mich bitte und wir legen zusammen einen Zahlungsplan fest. Der wird dann vertraglich festgehalten. Sobald das Bild vollständig bezahlt ist, sende ich es mit einem Echtheitszertifikat zu dir oder bringe es persönlich, wenn du in der Nähe wohnst.

"Als ich dieses Kunstwerk sah, wusste ich, das ist wie für mich gemacht. Doch der Preis war dann doch etwas zu hoch, um sofort zuzugreifen. Umso glücklicher war ich, von der Ratenzahlung erfahren zu haben und so entschied ich mich im Handumdrehen für 12 Raten. Natürlich alles mit Vertrag. Ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung."

„How do I know if the paintings fits my wall/room?“

Plaese send me a photograph of your wall and room where you would like to hang the painting and I send you a digital Mock Up with the painting you like. If you live close by I can bring you the painting and we can hang it together in your room and you can see if you love it there.

„Do I have the possibility to return the painting?“

You have the opportunity to cancel your purchase and return the paintings within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact me to arrange for the artwork to be picked up, usually within 3 days. Simply repackage the work in the same manner it arrived (please note that this is very important for insurance purposes) and return the piece for a full refund of the artwork price, minus shipping and any duty/customs fees. Additional international shipping fees may apply. If you wish to exchange a print, that can be done but the customer bears the postage cost. Issues with items damaged in transit can be resolved with myself directly. 

„How do you ship the paintings?“

Most of my paintings are produced on gallery wrapped canvas, they are framed or not and are all ready to hang. Artworks on paper are framed and ready to hang. Paintings and prints are securely packaged and insured. They come with an invoice and certificate of authenticity. On International Orders, the customer is liable for any import duties that may be levied by the receiving authority.

„How can I pay?“

I accept PayPal payments and bank transfers. Payments by credit card are is possible via my shop at steinfigurenshop.de. I accept payment plans in 4 parts or 12 parts. Please contact me and we will set a payment plan together. Once the painting is paid for in full I will send it to you with a certificate of authenticity or deliver it personally if you live nearby.
